Cacapon Highlands is currently constructing a new website, and we apologize for any inconvenience as we go through that process.

Our chairperson and our Secretary visited the Morgan County courthouse where they had the Constitution and Bylaws officially recorded with the Covenants. To check out these documents, please visit the "Archives" page.

Our new community entrance signs are now installed, both on the main entrance side and the North side, and they look fantastic. Thank you to Ron Johnston and Pete Wilson who installed the posts and signs. Also, thank you Sandra Wilson who landscaped the main entrance side, and John Gleason who landscaped the North side. Our new community signs represent our community well, and we can feel proud when guests or prospective buyers enter our community. Below is a photo of the North sign, and the main sign is the header for our website that Bill Dunn designed for us.... thanks Bill.

Thanks to Pete and Ron, and, of course, Sandra for the installation.

FOR SALE SIGNS: As agreed on at the Annual Meeting, CHPOA does not want Signs, including 'For Sale Signs', anywhere at the Community Entrances. Signs clutter up our Community Entrances, plus we don't want to invite unnecessary traffic.   Also, it's hard for our volunteers to cut the grass around the signs. Therefore, please have your realtor put your sign on your own property. Thank You So Much, CHPOA
